Warren Buffett on Writing Your Own Obituary and Living a Fulfilling Life

At Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting last Saturday, Warren Buffett was asked for advice on avoiding mistakes in inversting and in life. Buffett's response was simple: "If you want to know how to live your life, write your own obituary and figure out how to live up to it."

Buffett explained that by writing your own obituary, you can identify the things that you want to be remembered for. Once you know what you want your legacy to be, you can start living your life in a way that will help you achieve it.

Buffett's advice is simple, but it is powerful. By taking the time to think about what you want your obituary to say, you can start making choices that will help you live a life that is true to yourself.

Writing your own obituary can help you to clarify your values and priorities, and also help you to identify the things that are most important to you in life. By setting goals for yourself based on the things that you want to be remembered for, you can create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
